Thursday 2/19 Update

We look forward to seeing you all in Orlando!  

Upon arrival at the Orlando airport, proceed to the baggage claim area and look for travel staff holding Masters Club signage. They will direct you to your vehicle for your transfer to the hotel. Transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approximately 30-40 minutes. 

Upon arrival, proceed to the Front Desk to check in and receive your room key. Rooms will be ready by 4 p.m. although every effort will be made to have them available earlier. You will be asked to provide credit card information for your incidentals, and additional nights, if applicable. 

After you check into the hotel, make sure you stop by the Masters Club Hospitality Desk in the Waterside Ballroom Foyer to collect your welcome packet and enjoy a beverage.  

The Welcome Reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Bryant Park at Waldorf Astoria. Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed in 80s attire. Note: This event will be held on artificial turf and concrete pavers; wear appropriate shoes for walking on these surfaces. Please remember to wear your name badge! 

A few miscellaneous housekeeping notes for you:  

• If you need assistance from our staff, you can contact us using the app’s Help tab.   

• The Masters Club Hospitality Desk will be staffed daily, and its location is listed in your itinerary. 

• The itinerary in the app has all your personalized details for the week.  

• Please wear your name badge to group functions.  

• We encourage you to upload photos to the app’s Gallery tab. 

Friday, February 20 Reminders 

Group breakfast will be open from 7-9 a.m. in the Waterside Foyer & Lanai.  

The Masters Club Buying Show will kick off at 9 a.m. in the Waterside Ballroom.  

• Banking instructions and Buying Show Specials are in your welcome packet. 

• You must be present to win raffle prizes.
