Saturday 2/21 Update

We hope you are all having fun enjoying your activity or day at leisure.  

Please join us as we bid farewell to Orlando starting with a Cocktail Reception at 5:45 p.m. in the Bonnet Creek Ballroom Foyer followed by our Farewell Dinner in the Bonnet Creek Ballroom with a special performance by Kevin Cronin from REO Speedwagon! 

Don’t forget your name badge and feel free to post photos in the app’s Gallery tab.  

Sunday, February 22 Departure Reminders 

Refer to your personal itinerary for your specific departure information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our staff through the Help tab or stop by the Hospitality Desk at Signia Convention Entrance Registration Desk. 

If you have a luggage handling time listed, please have your checked luggage packed and placed just INSIDE your door for pick up by bell staff. If you would rather bring your own bags to the departure area, hang the DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door or turn on the DO NOT DISTURB light and message the travel staff using the Help tab in the mobile web app. 

Hotel checkout time is 11 a.m. Be sure to remove any belongings from your in-room safe and check out with front desk prior to departing.  

Waldorf Astoria guests should meet in the hotel lobby fifteen minutes prior to your transfer time. Signia guests should meet at the Signia Convention Entrance Porte Cochere fifteen minutes prior to your transfer time.  You will be asked to identify your luggage before boarding the transfer vehicle.
